 Experience the benefits of Cryotherapy with our invigorating whole-body treatment. Step into the Cryo Arctic chamber where the temperature plummets to as low as minus 130 degrees for 3 minutes. In response to the cold temperature blood rich in oxygen and nutrients are re-routed throughout your body, decreasing pain & inflammation and improving your skin complexion.

Before you enter the cryotherapy chamber you will be provided with protective clothing to wear during your treatment including, an ear protection headband, face mask, shorts, top (women only), knee length socks, slippers and gloves.

The Cryo Chamber is fitted with a microphone that allows you to communicate with our staff at any point.
