Deep Tissue Massage is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Slow and deep strokes using forearms, elbows and knuckles are used alongside Swedish massage strokes to ease into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The deep pressure is always in accordance with your personal preference.
