Got my hair cut by the year 3 apprentice (sorry I didn’t get her name) she was so lovely and did an amazing job. She often checked to make sure I was happy with the progress which I really appreciated! I’m so happy with how my hair came out :’)

Hello, and thanks for the review, I would just like to address this, we do take pride in how clean our salon is... we can't always clean up hair in a timely manner between customers.. for many reasons...  but I've never seen my stylist sit a client in a spot where hair is still needing to be swept up... we do have 8 chairs, usually just sit the next customer close by... but hair on the floor doesn't make our salon dirty... it's a hair salon.. 😍 

Our apprentice is an apprentice... she is still learning her craft, of course she had lots to still learn, did you let her know you weren't happy? We may have been able to assist if we had of known you wanted body in the blowdry... as it's not the easiest for an apprentice to achieve... we do hope you return and give her another go and request a bouncy blowdry 

The salon isn’t kept clean enough. Floor had thick cut hair that hadn’t been cleaned up after the last person.
The apprentice was good but needs to be taught how to blow wave to give body to hair, using product isn’t enough.
She did a great hair wash and massage.

Great knowledge and understanding of piercings and I felt very comfortable
