Hello, I’m Lauren, I studied beauty therapy at college & loved everything about it but I became a mum soon after qualifying and I wasn’t able to fully make a career out of it back then. Now I’m ready to get back Into it. The beauty industry has changed so much since I studied, but I still know the basic treatments & have recently qualified as a lash technician with Nouveau so can offer individual classic lashes along side facials, manicures, back massages, tints and waxing. Recommend fortnightly to keep lashes looking fresh and full and your natural lashes clean.

My original full facial including a double cleanse, tone, hot towel, exfoliation, facial mask inc eye mask, facial massage and finishing off with a vitamin c serum, eye cream and moisturiser. A complimentary hand and arm massage whilst your face mask is on.
During this massage I also use the gua sha as part of my facial massage and will use the amethyst roller to get the serum and eye cream deep in to your skin leaving it feeling super nourished. 
You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

Essential Full facial 

A Luxury full facial including a double cleanse, tone, exfoliation inc lips, hot towel and steam, face mask, scalp massage and facial/shoulder/chest massage including using a gua sha which helps with lymphatic drainage and ice globes that can help reduce puffiness. Your facial is then finished off with eye cream, a vitamin c serum, lip moisturiser, facial moisturiser and a facial oil… all of which will leave your skin feeling nourished with a healthy glow. 
A complimentary hand and arm massage will take place whilst your hot towel is on and your scalp massage will take place whilst your face mask is on. 

This is such a relaxing and luxurious facial and the perfect 'me time' treatment. You are guaranteed to leave feeling on cloud nine, relaxed and glowing.

This is a safe removal of lash extensions whilst keeping the health of your natural lashes in tact. 

I will only remove lashes I have done myself. 

Lash removal will need to be booked after 4 weeks of having lashes on and will be included in the price of having a full new set. 

If you just want a removal, it will be from £5.00 depending on how many you have left and how much time is taken to remove. You will receive a  complimentary hand and arm massage whilst the lash remover is on. 😊

Using Nouveau lashes, I’ll complete a full set of classic individual lash extensions, opening up your eyes in a natural looking way. 

24hrs before your treatment: 
- Do not wear waterproof mascara.
- If you have had a spray tan, ensure guide colour (bronzer) is washed off.

On the day of your appointment:
- do not wear mascara 
- Do not have a spray tan
- Avoid applying oily products on your lashes or around your eyes
- Contact lenses must be removed prior to treatment, for this reason we recommend glasses are worn.
- Avoid sun beds
- Shower and Wash your hair, if needed, before treatment.

Full body massage (practice price) 

The candles are placed gently in the outer ear canal and lit on the other end, creating a vacuum that draws out congestion and compacted wax. This is a non-invasive and extremely relaxing treatment that can help with sinusitis, rhinitis, headaches, migraines, tinnitus, vertigo, and more. 

I’ll begin by creating a relaxing atmosphere, cleansing the room, giving you a gentle facial massage to help you fully relax before asking you to turn on to one side at a time whilst I place the candles in and begin the treatment using the candles. You may hear a slight crackling sound, this is normal, relax into it. 

I’ll finish by gentle massaging around your ears to end your treatment and when you hear the chimes, your treatment has come to an end. You may take a few moments to relax on the bed and I’ll leave some water for you to drink to rehydrate. 


Hopi Ear Candling 

Indulge in this deeply relaxing head massage including Indian head techniques, scalp massage tools, Jade combs, using a beautiful rosemary oil blend, rose quarts crystal eye mask and finishing off with a rejuvenating facial massage.

My exclusive couples back massage classes are perfect for some well deserved time together, have a back massage each whilst also learning real massage techniques. 

As part of this package you will receive a print out of the techniques I will have shown you, a small bottle of massage oil and an incense stick with holder. 

You will leave feeling relaxed, with the knowledge and confidence to perform massages on each other that actually benefit you and make each of you feel good.

Couples back massage 

Indian head massage is focused on 5 areas, the back, arms, neck, scalp & face. It can help relieve neck & shoulder stiffness, headaches, nasal congestion & eye strain as well as improvement in the circulation of the lymphatic system, helping to disperse toxins from tense muscles.

Indian head massage can also aid in deep relaxation, improved sleep patterns, stress relief, stimulation of the mind, chakra balancing & more.

Oils are used throughout this treatment, please let me know at the beginning of your treatment if you wish to have an oil free massage. 

Indian head massage 

Your luxury back massage will include gentle dry brushing, a luxurious soapy cleanse followed by an invigorating scrub, removed with warm flannels to fully prep and smooth the back for a relaxing Swedish back massage. To end your treatment I'll use a luxurious moisturiser to leave your back feeling the most pampered it ever has.

If you're short on time or have a low budget but still need some 'me time' you will find time to relax with this mini back, neck and shoulder massage and leave feeling a little less tight than before. 

A relaxing Swedish back massage with warmed oil working on easing tension and aching muscles. Although this is more of a relaxing massage, we can go deeper and work more on certain areas so you just let me know at the start of your appointment.
