This targeted treatment will focus on the back, neck, shoulders and head. In this treatment you will experience the release of tension in the upper body. Acupressure and massages techniques are use to loosen the muscles in your back neck and shoulders.

Balance the Upper body - Love your back

This is the ultimate bespoke treatment designed to restore balance and well-being.
We’ll begin with a consultation to determine the most effective techniques tailored to your individual needs. Your treatment may include a combination of methods such as:
Deep tissue strokes to enhance circulation and release muscular tension
Acupressure to stimulate trigger points and unblock energy pathways
Hot stone therapy, applied as needed, to soothe and deeply relax the body
Every session is personalised to ensure you leave feeling renewed, rebalanced, and revitalised.

Bespoke Balance Massage

This treatment focuses on your body as a whole, focusing not just on your physical but also your emotional wellbeing. This therapeutic treatment uses slow rhythmical strokes and may also include other techniques like acupressure and some joint stretching and mobilisation, perfect for your emotional and physical wellbeing. Note: this is not a deep tissue massage.



Full body Holistic Massage

This Hot stones massage provides a luxurious treatment. The heat from the smooth basalt stones relax the muscles and tissues on a deeper level, this allows me to use the stones more effectively. During the massage a variety of stones will be used to ensure the benefits of heat are not lost.
This treatment can be great for relaxation but also really effective for more specific muscular problems. Essential oils can also be used to make your experience of hot stones treatment even more beneficial due to their therapeutic properties.
