Yoshiko is ALWAYS AMAZING. This feedback is not for her. I recently noticed that my appointment location had been changed. Although I received a confirmation text, the new location was added at the very end of the message and was easy to overlook. Moving forward, it would be helpful if important changes like this were communicated separately to avoid confusion. Additionally, throughout my appointment, I could hear people talking and laughing very loudly nearby, which made it difficult to relax. I’ve enjoyed my visits here in the past, so I was disappointed by this experience.

I like the new addition of the eye pillow, but a few of my eyelashes on both eyes ended up wonky and sideways this time which is noticeable. Unfortunately, I had to leave town for an event after the appointment so can't get them fixed.
