J’ai eu une expérience globalement correcte. L’accueil était un peu réservé, mais tout s’est bien passé. Je pense simplement qu’il y aurait quelques petits points à améliorer lors du lavage des cheveux, notamment en faisant un peu plus attention au visage. J’avais de l’eau un peu partout sur le visage, ce qui était légèrement inconfortable. À part cela, le rendez-vous s’est bien déroulé. Avec quelques petites améliorations, l’expérience pourrait être encore plus agréable.
