I had a tension relief session today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The whole process was handled very professionally, and everything was explained clearly before and during the session. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the treatment. Overall, a fantastic experience that left me feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to unwind and relieve stress.

I’ve been going to Sarah monthly over 2 years , tension release and acupuncture and cupping , then a facial if the body feels too unwell to be touched. So supportive with my back and all medical conditions. Very much time away from day to day life feeling relaxed and sleeping better ! Well worth going ! Thanks Sarah , i dont usually leave a review always too relaxed ! 😌
