Ruby was amazing. She gave the best head massage I think I have ever had at a salon, and that is not an exaggeration. She was friendly and timely. I was feeling tired and relaxed so closed my eyes, she let me just relax without the need for conversations. My hair is quite short and she was able to style it perfectly. I am very happy! Thank you Ruby 😊

Ruby was incredible with my hair today. I got a calico style colour job with a slight touch up on my haircut. She took such care with getting it right and had incredible attention to detail especially when it came to the placement of the different sections of colour and being mindful of how they would look best together. I'm so happy with how it turned out and I'm very grateful to her for her talent and hard work! <3 If this gets back to Ruby and the team at all; if you're ever in need of some new tech hit Ingrid up at Jbhifi Charlestown and I'll sort you out with a sweet discount :) ty again

Had my initial consultation with Ruby (I believe that was her name). She was lovely and I felt like she really understood what I wanted, and also made some great suggestions. She also very clearly broke down the cost of what I wanted and helped me understand all the components of the proposed service. Big ups for Ruby, very excited for my appointment next week!
