I’m not sure if Ricky was having a bad day because he talkative. I’m use to having a small conversation with my nail tech, but he wasn’t having it. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed him being unfriendly. He wasn’t doing my nails that day but another customer I know. She even asked him,”Are you ok?” Customers service plays a big role in any business.
