I experienced my routine time with Red Light Therapy and it was great.

Today Rychi suggested that I up the speed on the vibration plate to push myself a bit.. I went from 15 to speed 20 and It was fine. Thank you Ruchi for that suggestion.

My knee was somewhat painful and Ruchi was able to work on it to address the tightness.

Ruchi is skilled and has a soothing presence. She had a good intuitive sense of how to read me and my body in just this first visit. Highly recommended.

Massage was top notch! She made a 1 hour massage feel like 2 hours. I was made to feel very comfortable and she customized it to exactly what I needed. I feel amazing!
