I love the layers she did, very kind and easy to talk to. She knew exactly what to do when I showed her my reference and described what I was looking for, 100% recommend.

Olivia was great! I have long hair with long layers for volume. I get it trimmed 3 x/year. I have a hard time finding a stylist who understands the definition of “trim” and “long”. Olivia took time to look at my hair, listen to what I wanted and then talk to me about how that will look. She made sure she understood my goal and I understood the result before doing anything other than touching and brushing my hair. I felt very comfortable once she started cutting. She did a beautiful job. The price was very fair. Olivia was a lovely person. Very pleasant, positive experience. Will be back.

She was very calm and kind. I also appreciate her educating me on hair products and care, as I am not so knowledgeable.

Olivia was great. I gave her a couple of photos of inspo, she clarified by asking a few questions, and executed beautifully. Luckily for me their hot water in the salon wasn’t working so we headed over to the head spa next door and I got to lay in the massage chair and get a massage by the machine while I was getting rinsed out. Happy accidents! I will definitely be back, the color is exactly what I wanted
