Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage style that heals damaged muscles by rubbing, pressing, and manipulating the muscles and soft tissues. Direct pressure is applied (deep concentrated pressure) in slower movements to relieve muscle tension and pain. 

Who needs this massage?

● People suffering from chronic muscle tension or injury
● Physically active people and sports people : lactic acid build up, which occurs after a vigorous workout, can cause muscle soreness. Deep pressure massage helps to remove toxic load and enhance general body cleansing.
