Jo is amazing and clearly loves what she does. She explained all about reflexology before the session started. It was my first reflexology experience, gifted from my daughter and son in law, but won’t be my last. It was so relaxing, calming and I could actually feel the stress lifting away at one point. Afterwards Jo told me about one particular area that indicated something and it was spooky as I have issues in that area but have never told Jo. If you only do one thing this year, treat yourself or gift someone who needs a bit of pampering and relaxation. You won’t regret it ✨✨

I had my first one hour reflexology appointment with Jo yesterday and I can only describe it as an hour of pure peace. After a stressful week looking after two babies, going for job interviews and dealing with everyday life I was overstimulated. During reflexology I was able to switch off and drift into a totally peaceful state. Since then I have slept so much better. Jo is so welcoming and professional. She puts you at ease and makes every minute all about you. Im so excited for my next hour with her 🫶

I had the Body & Mind Ritual with Jo for the first time today and absolutely loved the experience. ❤️ From the beginning, Jo took the time to have a conversation and get to know me, which made everything feel natural, comfortable and relaxed. Jo was so attentive throughout the full body and scalp massage, and everything was done at such a lovely, steady pace without ever feeling rushed. You could really tell she genuinely cared about making the experience relaxing and personal. I thoroughly enjoyed it and left feeling so relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments with Jo ❤️

This was my first treatment with Jo and certainly won’t be my last. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed, it is a beautiful space & Jo gives such a warm welcome. The treatment was so calming & just what I needed! Thanks Jo! X

Today I had the dreamiest full body massage & reflexology. As a fellow massage therapist I take it very seriously who I choose to go to for such sacred treatments and I can truly say that Jo held a beautiful space and I left feeling relief for my problems areas that have been restricting my own flow and I felt deeply relaxed. Jo really listened to what myself and my body was telling her and I appreciated the attention she gave to the areas that really needed it. Xx
