I couldn’t recommend Jessica more highly! I’ve been seeing her to help manage chronic headaches and migraines, and the difference she has made has been incredible. She is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to understand what I’m experiencing before tailoring the treatment to what I need that day. Her jaw massage in particular has been amazing for releasing so much tension, and she has also helped enormously with the tightness and pain I experience through my lower back. I always leave feeling noticeably more relaxed, less tense and with so much more movement.
