From the moment we entered the reception, greeted by Bettina, to the moment we left, the Getaway Spa experience was sensational. Total bliss, and I can highly recommend the Japanese Head Spa. I look forward to the next time I atend this beautiful Spa.

Jess was professional, welcoming, and really took the time to understand what I needed. The massage was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling relaxed and totally rejuvenated, which is what I was after as I have particular expectations. I would highly recommend this day spa and massage session with Jess.

Alan and I had a wonderful experience with Jess and the other therapist (Zoe? Apologies i didn't catch her name). Highly recommended and thoughtful questions asked in the beginning to ensure areas of concern were prioritised. Note: although i am used to having a lot firmer pressure, the way Jess completed the therapy was highly regarded as her technique was fantastic and actually helped loosen a lot of problem areas. 5*
