If you have had your lashes done by another lash technician and your extensions are not in suitable condition for a refill (e.g., poor application, incorrect lash placement, or damaged natural lashes), we will recommend a lash removal and a new full set. This ensures the health of your natural lashes and allows us to provide the highest quality results.
