Amazing experience with Hayley at Salon Collab! I had a lash lift and tint along with the Signature Brow treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Hayley is incredibly talented, and created a natural look. She was warm, friendly and professional. Thank you.

Hayley was lovely, very bright and bubbly to talk to and the atmosphere was relaxing. I got a brow wax and lash tint. However within one day my lashes look like they did on Sunday not dark at all and for $86.45 it was not worth it at all. I did ask for them to be the darkest it could go and when they finished it looked like there was some tint but the next day there was nothing there. It was nice but I don't see the value.

Hi Ruby, Thank you for your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that your tint faded within only a few days, as this is something we very rarely experience. Our beauticians follow strict treatment guidelines and always leave the tint on for the allocated processing time, so we’re just trying to understand how this outcome may have happened for you. Aftercare can play a big part in tint longevity. Things such as getting the lashes wet too soon, salt or chlorinated water, steam/saunas, oil-based products or active skincare around the eye area can cause the tint to fade more quickly. We just wanted to check whether any of these may have occurred following your treatment. We would also be more than happy to have you pop back into the salon so we can have a look at your lashes and help work out what may have happened. Sammie & the collab girls x
