Absolutely wonderful experience with Fiona! She's knowledgeable, very good at explaining the procedure and expected outcome, and has a massive focus on customer care. If I could give her a 10 star rating I would.

Thank you so much Anya for your enthusiastic & kind review of my services ☺️. It was a pleasure to meet you & I'm so happy that I was able to make you feel at ease with your treatment. It is always rewarding to me when I have a client who is open for me to educate them on their particular treatment. This ensures they get the best results & more importantly that they feel comfortable during their appointment. I hope to give you the results you've been searching for without the discomfort you've experience elsewhere. See you at your next appointment 🌷

What can I say May..... Thank you for such a kind & glowing review 🌟. I'm so happy that you enjoyed your very first facial here at Beauty & Elegance. It's always a pleasure to recieve new clients but to see a review like yours afterwards makes all of the prep & years of constant upskilling etc worthwhile. I look forward to treating you again in the future & wish you a very happy & fulfilling 2024. 🌷
