Lady was lovey . But 3 days into my holiday one nail extension and come off a d the biab has also come of too of my toes . So very disappointed and now on holiday with a missiong nail

Hi Cara, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed, although we would just like to clarify a couple of points for anyone reading. You contacted us this morning and provided photographs of the nails. From the photograph supplied, the missing extension appears to have snapped/broken across the extension, rather than simply lifting or coming away from the natural nail. Unfortunately, breakages can occur from pressure or impact without always being noticed at the time. Regarding the BIAB on two toes, holidays can expose nails to considerably more water, swimming pools, heat, sand, sun creams and oils than usual, all of which can potentially affect product wear. We absolutely stand by our work and would always be happy to assess any genuine product issue. As you are currently abroad, we have only been able to assess this from the photographs you provided, and we have offered to look at the nails properly when you return.
