They made me feel comfortable right away, and it was clear they’re confident in what they do. Nothing felt rushed - they took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great advice without any pressure. My hairdresser was skilled, professional, and made the whole appointment enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
