Still making progress and another great session , understanding why you hurt where you hurt is important if you’re to create ways of dealing with it and improving it and Dana has helped massively with this in our latest session. I have more exercises to do but feel far more confident that mobility and stability will improve further and in dealing with the aches and pains I get along the way. Massive thanks for all your help so far
