This shorter session is ideal if you have a specific area you’d like to focus on or you’re short on time. We’ll begin with a brief consultation to check in with how you’re feeling and what your body needs that day, allowing the treatment to be guided by you.

Massage 30 mins 

This is the most unhurried option, giving your body and mind time to fully let go. Following a consultation, the treatment is completely guided by how you’re feeling on the day, allowing for deeper relaxation, more detailed work, and a chance to leave feeling grounded, calmer, and truly reset.

Massage 90 mins 

Experience deep relaxation with this soothing therapy designed to relieve tension and stress. Focusing on the head, neck, shoulders this treatment is ideal for relieving tension, easing headaches, migraines and muscular discomfort. Using a mix of hand and tool techniques this treatment is perfect for unwinding both body and mind. 

Indian Head Massage

Relaxing massage for those mums to be. This massage can be carried out safely any time after the 1st trimester. The client is positioned on their side with added supports to ensure maximum comfort for both mum and baby.
