Exquisite massage.....I suffer from chronic hip pain and intermittent lower back pain. My session alleviated the pain significantly leaving me fully rested and far less stiff and tense. It's a first for me to have a professional massage therapist check in on me prior to treatment, actively listen, ask questions and then tailor my treatment accordingly. All of my sessions so far have varied and hit the spot. The right kind of massage as opposed to just "a massage" can be a game changer in terms of optimising self care, that's what I learnt.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Terry today and cannot recommend him enough! Terry applied the perfect amount of firm pressure to work out my stubborn knots. I walked out feeling significantly lighter & completely relaxed. He is highly professional and attentive. Highly recommend treating yourself here!

Terry is a considerate professional who is an active listener looking to develop a bespoke service for me which met my requirements. He is engaging, thoughtful and always checking in that I am comfortable. At the end of my session I felt unplugged and destressed and genuinely had a great night's sleep.
