At Bod by Fod, I specialise in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, a powerful massage technique that helps reduce bloating, eliminate toxins, improve circulation, and visibly sculpt the body. Clients often leave feeling lighter, more energised, and quite often see a noticeable difference after just one session. This is more than just a massage. It’s a transformative self-care experience designed to help you feel fully at home in your body. Whether you're managing water retention or simply investing in your well-being, each session is tailored with expert care and attention.

I had my first lymphatic massage with Fotini and all I can say is WOW! I immediately felt lighter and more energised and the visual difference was also amazing. I will 100% book again and also be telling all my friends about her & how they need to book in. Thank you!
