3rd visit. Gray hair and box color client. Theresa thoughtfully asks me about what medications I might be using if she sees something different from my last visit. We then discuss my needs vs wants and professionally advises me on actions to take. After 1st coloring she blow dries my hair to show me the before and after and do low lites. Shows me again before and after. Satisfied Theresa styles my hair showing me how to curl my hair. Theresa is very thorough in her work. My hair catches the attention of her talent. BEAUTIFUL. Wonderful as always!! Takes her time, sees the hair cut vision but makes it even better, and uses quality hair products. Always easy and quick to schedule. Appointments are chill, relaxing, and fun conversation!

Theresa was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and attentive throughout my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and create a plan that prioritized the health and integrity of my hair. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how collaborative she was throughout the process. My daughter and I both felt very well cared for, and I’m looking forward to my follow-up appointment.
