I am very passionate about using a holistic approach within my practice, looking at each individual client as a whole; mind body and soul. I customise each treatment, working intuitively incorporating reiki energy, deep tissue, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, holistic facials, reflexology techniques and crystal singing bowls.

This was my second session with Sarah, I really like her technique, strength and energy! The body and leg massage was just what I needed, and the Reiki was uplifting and sent me to cloud nine! Thank you, Sarah. Highly recommended!
