The experience was just wonderful. So gentle. I could feel Martyna's energies connecting with mine and her hands being guided to where they needed to go most. I felt so relaxed, so rejuvenated and my skin glowed when we were finished. I loved every second of it and have become a regular customer who will visit any chance I can!

Martyna chatted with me beforehand to talk about what my expectations were for the treatment and what I hoped to get out of it. She then described the techniques she'd be using, and points in the treatment where she'd need me to actively participate and why, so I fully knew what to expect before we started. I left feeling so relaxed and lighter and less tense generally, as well as specifically in my jaw and shoulders. I will absolutely be back for this or another treatment!

Very relaxing experience at Positive Roots Scotland, in a very cosy and calming environment. Highly recommend ed! Looking forward to exploring more of somatic bodywork Martyna offers in the future.
