I am new to the area so it’s hard and overwhelming to find someone you had back home. Katie was great! Before she started she makes you feel welcomed, from there it was complete professionalism along with getting to know each other. Katie explained thoroughly how and why she was going to cut my hair. Katie also said she would show me how to style my hair as well. When I left the salon I felt I found my new hairstylist and I will be back. Thank you Katie.

Delightful experience, Katie took the time to ask thoughtful questions and truly understood both the needs of my hair and the look I was hoping to achieve. Her scalp massage is absolutely divine, offering a deeply relaxing and gentle touch that made the entire visit feel like a sanctuary. Beyond her technical skills, Katie proved to be an excellent conversationalist, making the appointment feel warm, personal, and effortlessly enjoyable from start to finish.

Katie was absolutely wonderful! Throughout the whole process, she made sure she understood what I wanted and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. She also took the time to ask questions and show a genuine interest in getting to know me, which I really appreciated. Going somewhere new for the first time can feel awkward, but Katie made the entire experience warm and welcoming. I’m so happy with my haircut and would definitely recommend her!
