Kaitlyn is an outstanding person and will be watching for Hair Tropics to find a new location soon. Every visit and interaction has been a positive experience and have been seeing Kaitlyn for four years every 3-4 weeks. . Kaitlyn gave Jaxon his very first haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Jaxon was having a really rough day, and I honestly didn’t think he would sit still for a haircut. But Kaitlyn was so kind, patient, and amazing with him. The way she interacted with him made him feel comfortable, and he ended up sitting with a big smile and having so much fun! She made his first haircut such a special and memorable experience, and his haircut turned out absolutely adorable. Thank you so much, Kaitlyn! We’ll definitely be back!

Kaitlyn is an amazing stylist! She did a wonderful job with the haircut and was fantastic with our child. She really knows how to connect with kids and make them feel comfortable. We were very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back!
