Jess was absolutely incredible! She took the time to understand my hair goals & was so friendly too. Had a lovely chat & she completely transformed my hair. I thought it was needing a chop due to how damaged it looked. But she knew exactly what it needed and I’m so amazed at how it turned out! So happy with my hair health, the colour & the overall experience. Will definitely be back!
