Helena was very present and available during our session and made me feel comfortable and safe. Her talent and learnings to know what I needed was on point. Looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much 🙏 making you feel safe is my biggest priority so I’m glad you felt that. See you soon 🥰

Helena is so amazing at getting to the root of why you are the way you are. So much compassion and validation and helping to heal what your life has brought you. I have many sessions booked and look forward to finally healing.

I’m incredibly proud of YOU for doing the work. For getting uncomfortable and being willing to trust me. I’m so excited for you 😘

The somatic facial and massage was unlike anything I have experienced before. I left extremely satisfied with my session because I was expecting more of a face head massage and it truly is a head to toe therapy. I felt lighter and refreshed not only externally but internally as well. Love it and definitely plan to be back for maybe a root sesión next.

Aww thank you so much for taking the time to write this lovely review. I’m so happy you loved it and that it was more than you expected. That’s exactly what I want people to feel… like they came in for a facial and massage, but left feeling lighter in their whole body, mind and soul too. Thank you for trusting me with your session. I can't wait to see you back for a Root Session next so we can dig a little deeper into everything. xo

I had such an amazing experience with Helena. This was my first somatic massage and facial. It was really relaxing but empowering and soul freeing for me. I slept so well last night.

That's amazing as I know you said that pain has been with you a while. I am so glad you felt relief from the session (and a great freshen up is also great too). I look forward to seeing you soon.
