Ek vind dat my regter heup die laaste paar maande seer is wanneer ek soggens opstaan, soms so erg dat ek vroeg moet opstaan omdat dit te seer is om te lê. Na gisteraand se behandeling, kon ek deurnag slaap. Dit is nog seer, maar die intensiteit is baie minder.
