I had such a lovely experience with Gemma! She did my haircut exactly the way I wanted — she really listened and paid attention to every detail. On top of that, she’s such a warm, positive person who instantly makes you feel comfortable. Her professionalism truly stands out, and you can tell she takes pride in her work.
