I’ve really enjoyed doing strength and mobility training with Gemma. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and takes the time to make sure the exercises are right for you. I love that the sessions are varied and achievable, and Gemma creates a really supportive and relaxed environment. The small group classes are great because Gemma can give everyone individual attention and make sure the exercises are right for them. I would definitely recommend Gemma to anyone wanting to improve their strength, mobility and overall fitness. I’m 57 years old.
