You tell him where the problem and he finds it and works it out. If he finds a knot he addresses it. It's incredibly therapeutic

First time here and wow was Efrain great! Perfect amount of pressure, concentrated on those areas I asked him to and really released the tension in my shoulders and arms. Definitely not a mediocre experience like other places - truly an exceptional massage.
