Prima mea experiență cu hair botox a fost la Dumy și nu puteam alege mai bine! ✨ Mi-a fost recomandată și acum înțeleg de ce. M-am simțit în siguranță de la început până la sfârșit, iar Dumy mi-a explicat totul pe parcurs: ce face tratamentul, cum să am grijă de păr după. Se vede că știe foarte multe și îi pasă de clientele ei. Pe lângă profesionalism, Dumy este o persoană foarte caldă, care te face să te simți binevenită din primul moment. Rezultatul a fost peste așteptări, iar părul meu arată și se simte minunat. O recomand din toată inima oricui care vrea să încerce. Foarte top! 💖

Such a lovely experience from start to finish! She took the time to understand my hair concerns and what I wanted to achieve. Although I’d booked hair Botox, she recommended keratin instead, explaining why it would suit my hair better. We had some lovely chats, and I was especially touched by her thoughtfulness. When I mentioned I hadn’t eaten much, she brought me tea, water and a croissant! I’m so happy with the results! My hair is now soft, shiny and straight. Amazing service and such a caring person. Highly recommend!

Stylist was so incredibly experienced. She really took her time, made me feel comfortable and was very easy going. She listened to my concerns, gave me great aftercare advice and explained everything about the treatment to me clearly. I am extremely happy with my results and I am hooked on the results!
