Very relaxing! Sometimes massages are too tough for me, but Nereida asked me questions about trouble spots and pressure sensitivity before starting and it was the perfect amount of pressure. I got the "Neck, Shoulders, Head" and "Back Massage" combination to relieve some tension headaches. It was the perfect choice for me and helped relive some tension around my jaw I didn't realize I had. It included an arm and hand massage which also was very relaxing! Who knew so much tension could be in your elbows?! I'll definitely be booking a full body massage for next time.
