I will offer a safe and nurturing space for you to find your calm. I am tried at level 5 in reflexology (MAR CRM5) so can cover all elements of reflexology including fertility, pregnancy, palliative/chronic conditions and auricular reflexology. I also practice reiki and am a trained meditation teacher.

Amazing reflexology! Clare took her time to let me settle in, relax and have a chat before the treatment, which made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I’d highly recommend Clare if you’re feeling stressed or simply need a little bit of ‘me time’. 💕

I had the most amazing reflexology with reiki session with Clare. Her room creates a sense of calmness as soon as you walk through the door. The heated therapy bed with weighted blanket made the experience even better. I walked in with a head full of noise and walked out feeling like I'd slept for a week. Bliss! Thank you Clare. I can't wait for my next session
