Annie

Techs were chit chatting between themselves for long stretches which took their focus off their work. I specifically complained about this with previous manicure with Anna last week and her work had lots of issues and the manicure did not last. Manicurist today was even on the phone with someone at one point. Next: the color I asked for in advance was not available and substitute is not pleasing. If I request a color in advance, I hope it’s reasonable for it to be ready.

I had a delightful first experience with Annie. I chose her because of the many positive reviews, which are well deserved. She took meticulous care of my cuticles and gave me my first builder gel mani, explaining the process to me. She also helped me choose a cat eye mani to elevate my look for a black tie wedding. I like the back corner location of Annie’s station - a bit more calming and quiet than in the middle of the salon.

The quality of the work was fine. It was a semi luxurious environment, but not anything worth the price that I paid. Also, I felt like my nail technician was a little snappy and impatient with me… Girl, when I’m paying you $250 to do my nails… Could you be a little bit more customer service nice. The work was fine, but I probably won’t be coming back here

Always a pleasant experience

Distracting to have pedicurist to look at phone from time to time. Felt like sime steps were skipped. Not usual experience
