Alex offers a range of effective treatments, including sports massage therapy and MLD manual lymphatic drainage, which clients find transformative for their well-being. Many appreciate her extensive knowledge of the body, as well as the relaxing environment of her treatment room, complete with heated tables and soothing background music. Regulars often highlight the significant improvements they experience, particularly for chronic pain and tension relief.

As always I was made to feel very welcome. Alex is very knowledgeable on MLD Massage and has been a great help in getting some special compression socks. Thank you very much.

Alex is great at what she does, very knowledgeable & super friendly, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist, I have a sports massage but she offers other types of massage too.
