The Yurt is a calm, grounding space which gives a sense of nurturing well-being the moment you step through the door. It is the perfect place to come for a massage to allow you to relax and let go of the outside world. Yurt treatments include Holistic Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, Hot and Cold Stone Therapy Massage, Reiki and Indian Head Massage. Private or small yoga classes are made extra special with luxurious bolster pillows and crystal sound healing bowls. Vicky also uses her extensive experience as a primary school teacher to tutor children in the yurt.

Take some nurturing time for yourself to rest and relieve symptoms of stress, reduce swelling and soothe the aches and pains that can accompany pregnancy. Massage during pregnancy boosts blood circulation, promotes sleep health and the optional abdominal massage can be a lovely time to bond with your baby. This treatment can be adapted to suit your needs to include head and facial massage and may include cool stones to remove excess heat from the body and promote relaxation. Pregnancy safe oils will be used. Treatment available from the second trimester onwards. Please consult with your midwife if you have any concerns about pregnancy massage. 

Pregnancy Massage 

This relaxing treatment facial combines acupressure points, hot and cold stone and facial massage to decreases anxiety and reduce stress to uplift the mood. Indian Head Massage techniques are used to massage the scalp and neck arms before the hands are treated to a soothing hand massage with a moisturising balm. 
Daily stress and tension in the facial muscles which can cause lines, wrinkles and signs of aging. This luxurious treatment uses Raven Botanical products to cleanse, moisturise and massage the face to help minimise lines and dryness. Therapeutic facial massage can help relieve allergy symptoms, such as sinus congestion to help alleviate pressure, puffiness and headaches. Massaging the face also stimulates lymphatic drainage and the elimination of toxins from the facial area.


Facial Massage & Upper Body Treatment using Stones, Acupressure and Raven Botanicals

Reiki is a life force healing energy used to promote relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. During a treatment hands are placed onto and held over the body to deliver energy to your body which can promote the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

This new treatment combines a deeply relaxing Indian Head Massage with a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage. The Indian Head Massage has the option to include local skincare treatments made by Raven Botanicals for a truly indulgent face massage. Hot Stones and Bamboo can be used as part of the back treatment.
