Qi gong: is a system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chi" or "chee"), translated as "life energy".

Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong throughout China. and worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine, self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation, self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.

Darren will be running therapeutic yoga, based around the daily 10 year practice and hundreds of hours teaching in Hatha Iyengar and Yin yoga.💆‍♀️

Darren is a fully yoga alliance 500 hour certified teacher. He believes that the basis of yoga is accessible to anyone with a willingness to learn. He wants everybody to utilise its powerful healing effects that it can bring into everyday life☀️

These are important as we change the formulas to the expressed signs and symptoms, with a desired effect of the natural Homeostasis (Balance).

Meeting Bernard Harris (Certified and Trained Western Herbalist) where you'll have a deep discussion regarding your presenting condition, with am aim of understanding the core issue.

This is a Top of the Range Infrared / Red Light therapy Sauna
Temperatures are adjust to each persons tolerance, If you have any muscle pains or aches please notify us and we will make you up a Bespoke topical oil to rub into your body while your in the sauna to promote Circulation, Stimulate lymphatic, to assist in Down grading inflammation and pain

if you have any sensitivities to Light or Heat condition please notify  prior to coming in so we can discuss this 

Infrared / Red Light Sauna

We formulate a bespoke medicated oil which includes carrier oils and essential oils, With the use of heat the body absorbs this formulation into the designated site. Reducing inflammation, pain and stiffness.

This therapy is beneficial for sports injuries and most musculoskeletal issues.

Topical oil therapies
