Angelic Reiki healing starts with a hand cleanse using herbs, salt and honey with lemongrass, followed by the reiki treatment. The treatment is then ended with me placing the crystal singing bowls for that added relaxation and energetic healing.

A short breathwork and meditation ritual, designed to help you land in the space and prepare the mind and body to relax.  Designed to still the mind, promote relaxation before moving into your treatment.

Guided Meditation and breathing for Relaxation

A cleansing and refreshing hand ritual before the commencement of your main treatment.  Hands are immersed in warm water infused with healing and cleansing herbs and flowers.  A gentle scrub is applied to soften hard worked hands to brighten and refresh the skin promoting blood flow and aiding circulation.

Indian Head Massage is an extremely effective therapy that has evolved from traditional techniques practised in India as part of family rituals for over a thousand years.  Benefits include release of neck & shoulder tension, relief for tension headaches and deep relaxation.  This is a seated massage which begins with setting an intention for the treatment,  a facial cleanse and application of a hair mask treatment before the massage begins working the upper back, shoulders, neck and head area, finishing with an energy balance.

Indian Head Massage

A full body massage using essential oils blended to meet your individual needs.  A full history and problem identification will be completed and I will suggest oils for you accordingly and explain what they can do to help.  We will agree together which oils to blend for the best effect.

Aromatherapy Massage

A relaxing but deep tissue, whole body massage using bamboo sticks of varying sizes to match the specific area of the body and the technique required for the body part.  The thermotherapy also allows a deeper massage and floods the area with oxygenated blood to promote muscle relaxation, repair and recovery.

Warm Bamboo Massage

A 75 minute full body massage treatment using hot Lava Shells which enhance the massage treatment through the application of heat therapy, as well as working deeper into the muscles using the edges of the porcelain shell.

Hot Lava Shell Massage

A full body massage is carried out using warm Himalayan Salt stones following application of Grapeseed Oil.  The Himalayan Salt stones are made of natural himalayan salt containing 68 different nutrients which are beneficial for the body.  The salts are absorbed during the massage in very small amounts and are a great detoxification tool.  The slightly abrasive nature of the stones also help to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin feeling clean and fresh as well as the body feeling relaxed and calm.

Signature Facial Massage

A warm lava shell full body massage (touch), which is delivered to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls (sound) with a beautiful aromatherapy oil (smell) and a new special ‘Divine Eyes’ lavender scented, heated eye mask to wear during the treatment (sight).  A little rose quartz Crystal is placed on your heart chakra during the massage, which you get to take home with you, along with a lovely herbal tea (taste) which you can enjoy at The Healing Garden or take with you. The treatment is completed with a period of relaxation to the sound of Crystal singing bowls which I will play to you.

Sensory Retreat

A 'Face the World' treatment - 30 minute treatment working on hands and arms, relieves tension in upper body, improves joint flexibility, can help to reduce swelling of hands and arms, promotes relaxation and improves blood and energy flow.  Good for those who work with their hands, who sit at a computer all day or suffer from neck/shoulder tension and headaches.  The treatment is performed accompanied by a typical Tibetan soundtrack to carry you away to the Himalayas, enhancing the experience, whilst the aromas of the massage medium add to the relaxing feeling.

Tibetan Hand and Arm Massage

A 'Face the World' treatment - 30 minute treatment focusing on the hip joints, legs and feet to improve flexibility, promote blood and energy flow, relaxation and rest.  Ideal for sports participants and particularly runners.  Uses passive stretches and movement before massage and tissue work to loosen, relax and recover.  The treatment is accompanied by a relaxing Thai soundtrack to enhance the mood and relaxation experience coupled with the aromas of the massage cream.

Can be taken as an add on and combined with another treatment if desired.

This 50 minute sound journey, uses the power of sound waves to induce deep relaxation.  The sounds are created through the playing of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Crystal Singing Bowls.  The sound waves act upon the body from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspective to help you relax, altering brainwave patterns from a state of awake into that dreamy state in between awake and asleep.

Group Sound Relaxation Therapy

This 1 hour breathwork class teaches correct breathing techniques that promote restoration, health and wellbeing.  building up from gentle breathwork to strong techniques, but always finished with relaxation, meditation and reflection and gratitude.

Breathwork Class

A 2 hour birthday skincare class for teenagers (suitable from 10 years and up, boys and girls).  Each guest will be coached through a gentle facial, learning hints and tips on how to look after their skin.  As part of the class they will also learn some breathing exercises that can be used to help them relax for example before exams or when they are feeling anxious.  Whilst learning the facial routine, we will enjoy some birthday cake and mocktails.  Each guest will take home a set of products to keep up their new skincare routine.

If you have a special occasion, I can work with you to tailor a bespoke event just for you - Hen parties, birthday parties, baby showers.  Events are hosted at The Healing Garden and start from £30 per head.

Temple Spa Class

This one hour monthly class takes you through some breathing for relaxation followed by 2 guided meditations (with a theme for the class) and completed by quiet relaxation and meditation time, to turn inwards and reflect.
