Huna Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle treatment that aids in relaxation, helping you to move toward an inner state of well being on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level.

Reiki treatments help balance the energy system comprised of multiple energy centres. A balanced system encourages healthy energy flow to areas of the body associated with each centre. 

During this treatment you will be lying/relaxing, fully clothed. Your practitioner will provide a comfortable environment, often playing soft and soothing music to assist in relaxation. If you have difficulty lying down for a length of time, you may choose to sit on a massage chair during your treatment. 

Your first Reiki session will be approximately 1.5 hours in length. This includes the consultation, assessment, and treatment. Subsequent Reiki sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes in length. Repeated treatments are recommended. There are no contraindications to this treatment. All age groups can have Reiki.
