Here’s how it works:
Lower half of body is dry brushed to stimulate circulation and allow the oils, with their active ingredients to be absorbed.
The body is then massaged with a carefully chosen oil to increase the flow of blood. 
Juniper, for its decongestant, diuretic and detoxifying properties.
Grapefruit, an excellent lymph stimulant that helps eliminate waste by removing excess water from the body and the skin. These botanicals continue to work even after they have been applied.
At the end of the treatment, the client, now relaxed and feeling lighter, is offered a drink of water to aid elimation.

The experience will begin using hot towels on the back of the body infused with lavender and eucalyptus to awaken the senses as well as calm the nervous system, you will then indulge in a warm oil touch therapy, gua sha on areas of stress and tension and stretch and align therapy. 

To aid you further into your hibernation a warming oil skin treatment, pressure point face massage and a deep exfoliation.

To complete your journey  a deeply calming touch therapy on the front of the body, instilling a sense of peace and tranquility, with beautiful notes of frankincense, lavender and geranium. This 60-minute treatment begins in with a grounding, herbal, hot foot soak followed by a deep exfoliation of dead cells, revealing fresh, renewed skin. This energising treatment is perfect before the winter months and leaves you feeling incredibly vibrant and with silky smooth skin. Keeping circulation going when the world around us moves at a slower pace is particularly important.

From there, an aromatherapy style massage will melt away any stress and tension, and you’ll relax and unwind. One of the best ways to experience the effects of CBD though is through your skin.
To understand why, here's a quick refresher CBD is a cannabinoid compound found in your body also naturally produces cannabinoids, known as endocannabinoids. Most organs in your body including your skin contain cannabinoid receptors, The two primary receptors that have been identified are the CB1 and CB2 receptors, which are found predominantly in the brain and immune system. Through those receptors, it sends messages through your nervous system that help bring the body back to equilibrium & evening out any imbalances.

Indian head massage, as the name indicates, originated from India and is a beautifully traditional practice that is now immensely popular amongst Western cultures.

A typical Indian head massage treatment, usually starts with the shoulders however it will begin with an aroma and pressure point facial to prepare your mind we will then move to your chest, neck and shoulders working into this area especially as it often holds a lot of tension. Following this, flowing motions will move up the neck massaging and stretching to relieve any stress and tension. Finally, the scalp is then massaged along the acuppresure points on the head. The upper back and arms will also be included.

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. It can be done on your face or body.
