Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique mainly used to treat musculosketetal tissue, such as strains (including sports injuries) and knots.  It involves applying sustained pressue deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Remedial/Medical Massage is a body outcome-based massage, including the application of a specific treatment area & identification of other potential problems(s) of the client. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a form of massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body.  This firm massage follows the lymph canal; it helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.  The lymph canal includes areas that some may consider intimate or personal.  Always mention or agree areas with your therapist before the start of treatment.
