Isn't it nice to be kneaded?! Hi! My name is Laura, I received my Certificate IV in Massage Therapy in 2011 on the Gold Coast. Massage treatments are not a luxury in this day and age, they are a necessity! Take a moment and give your body what it needs, for all you put it through. Maybe you had a tough session at the gym, I Knead You is located within NQ Restore which is right next door to NQ Fit Factory. How convenient! Aching neck, back, hips or feet? Whatever the complaint is, let me help you relieve your tired muscles. Benefits of massage include relaxation of cramps and spasms in muscles, the release of endorphins - which is the body's natural painkiller (yes please!!). Massage also can help improve flexibility which increases range of motion, relieves tension-related headaches and increases blood flow. Massage can also assist with anxiety and depression symptoms (please seek further advice from your healthcare professional if you require further information with this). You can come and chat with me at the NQ gym reception between 5 AM - 9 AM or send me a text or a message on Instagram. Unfortunately, I do not offer rebates for private health funds. See you soon! Please be mindful when booking a relaxation massage that I Knead You is located next to a gym. If your massage is during class hours (early morning and late afternoon) you will hear the music through the walls.
