Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect.  The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish.  The hot towel at the end was the icing on the cake.  I could have easily stayed there and slept on longer.  Look forward to my next session. Thank you Kirstie.

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet or hands correspond to different parts of the body. By applying pressure to these points, reflexology aims to restore balance, reduce pain and stress and support overall well-being.

You’ll then be invited to relax on an electric therapy couch, which can be adjusted for your comfort. To begin the treatment, your feet will be cleansed with warm towels (or at the end for hands). 

As a new client, your session will begin with a detailed consultation form review while you enjoy a herbal tea. Your first visit includes extra time so we can talk through any questions and customise your treatment to suit your individual needs.  And afterwards you can take a few moments to relax, reawaken and enjoy a refreshing glass of filtered water before you leave, without feeling rushed.

❗️Please wear loose trousers or shorts as this treatment includes a lower leg massage.

45 minutes of deep relaxation with our traditional Indian Head Massage, an Ayurvedic treatment focusing on the upper back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. Indian Head Massage can help ease headaches, reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing.

Carried out while you are comfortably seated in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair, which supports your back, neck and arms to help you fully relax throughout the session.

Please allow an extra 20 mins on top of treatment time for consultation, to ask any questions and to relax afterwards with a refreshing glass of water.

Includes an upper back and neck massage - I will provide a towel for modesty.

Client will be asked to arrive with hair tied up loosely and no heavy face make up.

❗️Please note massage oil is used, so hair will get a little oily.

Enjoy deep relaxation in the comfort of your home with a 45-minute tailored foot or hand reflexology session. 

After a brief consultation, all equipment is provided - simply ensure space for the couch and wear loose trousers for foot treatments. Please allow up to 1 hour, including time to discuss your needs.

Parking is essential either on a drive or directly outside your home and no more than one flight of stairs, due to the equipment required for a home visit.

Your treatment is carried out on a comfortable, electric, fully adjustable couch, allowing you to relax completely throughout your session. You may choose to begin with either the feet or the hands - whichever feels best for you on the day.

You will receive 40 minutes of foot Reflexology and 30 minutes of hand Reflexology, beginning with warm towels to cleanse and soothe before focused pressure is applied to specific reflex points.
