BIAB Manicure with removal 

Avoid touching the waxed areas, other than with thoroughly washed, clean hands, to avoid cross-infection.
No harsh soaps or acid based products should be applied in order to avoid irritation of freshly waxed skin.
No hot shower for at least 48 hours. Keep your showers on the lukewarm, slightly cooler side, especially on waxed areas.
No swimming in a chlorinated pool for at least 24 hours.
No saunas or spa baths.
No sunbathing or sunbed for at least 24 hours (prepare for your holiday and get your wax done 2 days before you’d leave …)
No gym for 48 hours either. Your hair follicles are open and sweat is a breading ground for bacteria.

This includes baths, showers, hair washing, sunbeds, saunas as they can fade the colour and contribute to lifting.

When doing tasks such as housekeeping and gardening to protect your hands and nail enhancements from harsh chemicals.
 
Never use your nails as tools!
Picking labels  off and finding the end of the tape can really ruin the gel polish 

Ensure you always have gel polish professionally removed. 
If you try to peel and pick them off yourself you will damage your natural nails.

Make sure that you dry your hands thoroughly after washing them.

 Avoid using products on the hands containing Lanolink as they can cause lifting.

Always wash hands thoroughly after applying sun cream, self-tanning, body lotions and hair colouring products as these can cause lifting and distort the colour

Pedicure 

• Wear cotton socks as they allow the feet to breath and do not induce sweating.
• Pay special attention to drying in between the toes after showering and bathing.
• Avoid tight fitting footwear.
• Do not cut the toe nails too short or down the sides as this will make them grow inwards.
• Regularly treat hard skin on a gradual basis.
• Do foot exercises to keep the joints moving.
